Job description:
- To configure equipment for new hires.
- To ensure repair procedures, training and tracking are in compliance organizationorclient policies and procedures.
- To escalate issues to Hardware ManagerorSupervisororQuality AssuranceorControl staff.
- To identify and resolve hardwareorsoftware related issues, repairorreplace damaged equipments.
- To preform inventory and asset management duties.
- To prepare and maintain records of detailed repair orders for damaged or malfunctioning equipment for the warranty repair team.
