Job description:

Expertise in Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop (VDI Solution) and PVS. Administration of Citrix user profiles, i.e. UPM and WEM Administration and management of the NetScaler ADC devices (VIP, LB, GSLB, Gateway etc). Upgrade and migration of XenApp, XenDesktop, PVS and NetScaler ADC devices. Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation tasks. Coordinating with the customer in performing migrations using a phased approach. Providing recommendations that support customer s success in their hosting environment. Sharing findings with Team and develop SOPs for general troubleshooting and management. Assisting in support of day to day troubleshooting of escalated issues. Defining and documenting technical standards and processes for an existing environment.

• To create test transactions, run test to find errors and confirm programs meet specifications.
• To define a program development schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
• To design, develop and implement business application requirements.
• To ensure proper documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes and corrections.
• To liaison with client, project management team and other stakeholders.
• To provide technical expertise by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems or questions about programs.
