Job description:
R&R You will be working at client offices which is one of the leading Bank in UK, performing dual role with 100% availability at onsite.
Should have sound knowledge on ITIL production support process and procedures
Should have an experience to work on bank s migration project with good product knowledge on Nexj, Filenet , Temenos, On Demand, Assentis/Rhea.
Should have sound hands on knowledge on NEXJ RMPlus CRM platform used by CS with lot of local customisation
Role demands high degree of attend to detail, ownership in delivering the technical solutions by working in various products offering CRM Solutions, Client Reporting, Workflow solutions, MI Data platform with MongoDB, Python & Control-M.
Demands techno functional expertise with high excellent stake holder management
Ability to work with multiple teams span across various geographies & time zones cut across platform demanding high degree of collaboration.
Ability to drive and delivery LCM projects playing role of techno functional analyst and deliver in agile methodology.
Demands profound insight on production support process & etiquettes
Ability to drive major incident management with all key stakeholders and other interface teams.
Ability to perform huge backlog ticket reduction and finding out solution,
Ability to drive CAB representation , mastery on change management process & release management
Ability to work in Devops model which necessitates a hybrid blend of application development and application support exposure
Should have sound knowledge on devops , Jenkins , CI CD pipeline implementation.
Strong knowledge on Grafana, Moogsoft, splunk, osymosis & GENEOS .
Ability to do the end to end automation/support on leapwork tool.
Willingness to work in 24x7 operated shift mechanisms to provide technical solutions.
Ability to organise technical & product functional training sessions to groom the new joiners and team members.
Ability to perform product (NEXJ , Assentis/Rhea , Papyrus etc.) roll out covering all aspects right from server installation till GO LIVE in production by business users cut across world-wide clients
Ability to perform application support transition , set up application support team and run with global wide recognised optimised levers and automation artificial intelligence
Ability to clearly explain the cause, steps and timeline for any critical issue to business users and keep them up to date on the progress.

- To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
- To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
- To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
- To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
