Job description:
Main Accountabilities: - Supporting SAP landscapes for large enterprises comprising large SAP portfolio. - Supporting SAP applications such as ERP, BW, BWA, SRM, Enterprise Portals, Fiori - Planning, coordinating and executing SAP system refresh and system build - Should have good knowledge and experience in administration the databases such as DB2 - Should have hands on experience in troubleshooting performance problems considering infrastructure, database, and SAP application server. - Co-ordination with Functional team, Hyper-Care support, Transport Setup, Performance optimization, Unit Test & Integration test support - Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring), Incident resolutions as per SLAs Key desired Competencies / skills and experience: - Minimum 8-12 years in SAP System Admin/NW/Basis Administration/Technical architecting/delivery - Experience performing SAP Basis administration on SAP ERP, SAP BW, SAP SRM, Fiori and NW Java instances - Experience building the ABAP and Java systems using system copy methods - Should be strong in handling the system refresh activities on ECC, BW and SRM systems - Should have strong experience in performing the system copy of SAP Enterprise portal and Netweaver Fiori systems - Experience installing and supporting both SAP ABAP and Java AS installations - Experience supporting SAP with DB2 Databases on UNIX - Experience with Enterprise Portals with FPN, Fiori and BW Accelerator
