Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager with a focus on Finance projects. Extensive experience in implementing Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder management. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex Finance implementations and provide strategic guidance. Minimum 6+ years of recent project/program management experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to running large IT projects. Proven experience in managing multiple projects concurrently in an enterprise environment. Solid experience in: Decision-making and negotiations Risk assessment and mitigation strategies Excellent communication, problem-solving, conflict/resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills. Implement SAFe practices for large-scale projects, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals. Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders at all levels. Proactively address stakeholder concerns and maintain a high level of stakeholder satisfaction. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Empower teams to take ownership of their work and continuously improve Agile processes. Drive a collaborative and transparent working environment. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for Finance projects, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans. Proactively manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project objectives. Develop detailed program/project execution plans and manage all implementation processes, including budget management, resource allocation, progress tracking,monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
