JDManaging and troubleshooting VMware/Vcenter 6.x and 7.xManaging CISCO UCS Chassis/hardware environment. Managing HP C7000 Chassis/hardware using HP One View management toolManaging VXRail and good understanding of VMWare VSANHands on vSphere upgrades from 5.5 to 6.0/6.5 and 6.5/6.7 to 7.xAutomate L1/L2 task with PowerShell & PowerCli scripts, additional knowledge of RBA tool added advantageMigration from ESX5.5 to ESX6.x and 7.xManaging and troubleshooting SRM (Site recovery Manager)Managing Capacity Planning through Vrealize Operations Manager vROPsPatching ESXi 6.x and 7.x through VMware Update manager / Lifecycle ManagerTroubleshooting of ESX Server and VM related core issuesManaging and troubleshooting VMware HA, DRS issuesExperience on Windows Failover Cluster 2012 / 2016 / 2019 in VMWARE environment.Work on Problem Tickets providing Root Cause Analysis for sev1 cases within SLA.Troubleshooting no boot issues, blue screens issue by doing DUMP ANALYSIS with WINDBG and DUMPCHK tool further includes Bios/Firmware upgrade through ILO console.Troubleshooting performance related issue like CPU spike, pool memory issues using Poolmon, Perfmon and process explorer tools. Monitor the resource usage using Vcentre & Nutanix Prism.Consultation and Administration of Nutanix Infrastructure Build new Nutanix cluster, update the Acropolis Operating System (AOS), Hypervisor and NCC version.Performed various Disaster Recovery Services (DRS) activity on File Servers, DFS Servers and various other applications using Nutanix Data Protection.Liaising with security vendors, suppliers, service providers and external resources; analyzing, recommending, installing and maintaining software security applications.Handling team Escalations.
