Job description:
Must have Linux experience in managing tableau.
Build reports Medium to Complex in Tableau desktop using different types of data sources.
Must have working knowledge of different types of charts, tables, filters, details, functions, blending, Hyperlink LODs etc.
Performance tuning Monitoring.
Should be good in communication Written & Verbal...
Good to Have Skills- Industry Strategy
Strong working knowledge of Tableau administration.
Worked on large scale data.
Ability to interact with business users and understand their requirements
Good understanding of star schema and data models in the existing data warehouse.
Write Complex SQL queries on multiple tables using complex joins to perform end to end Data
- To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
- To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
