Job description:

Configuring/Troubleshooting Network Security - IPSec VPN, AAA Architecture, TACACS+, RADIUS Support Data Center Architecture Network, Server, Storage Configuration & troubleshooting experience on Cisco Nexus 7000/5000/2000 Series of switches required Configuring/Troubleshooting Cisco IOS Software Configuring/Troubleshooting of WAN Acceleration/optimization Cisco WAAS or Riverbed Configuring/Troubleshooting of Application Load balancers F5 Big-IP LTM/GTM Excellent network troubleshooting skills. Must be able to quickly identify and resolve network related issues in smallest possible time. CCNP/CCIE Certification Required.

To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
