Responsibilities/ Tasks :

Business Needs: Jaime Requejo is an experienced Architect who has worked in the last 10 years with TOP Accounts in Spain. Mostly of those accounts related to Financial Services, just to mention a couple of them: Santander, BBVA, Caixa, Unicaja, Mutua Madrile a, Mapfre and more. Bringing Jaime to the team will help us to continue developing our relations on those accounts. Due to his expertise on the HCL Software Portfolio (mainly CX), his joining will be critical to assist and enlarge (beyond the typical DX approach) the potential deals we have at our key customers. For instance, the GISS contract will expire next year, and we need to grow the TCV of this contract ($11M).. He will be a key player on our strategy with Santander (we are working on it as we speak), the IBM contract will expire on 12/23 and besides that we need to grow the DX, we are also aiming to focus on the cross selling and show the value of our portfolio to increase the TCV on the contract. There is an additional list of customers outside of Spain where the team is considering to approach them in a more holistic approach to extend and leverage the HCL Software portfolio for the upcoming deals for FY24. The inclusion of a Software Architect into the selling team will highly contribute to promote this approach. Aspirational revenue impact: $2.5M Additional details: The candidate is a highly experienced SME in Enterprise Architecture, Data Management and Artificial Intelligence. He can be a critical contributor in our efforts to integrate DRYiCE and Actian, besides his main role a SW Architect Senior Consultant.
